These Terms of Use govern access to and use of AURATED. By using AURATED you agree to them. They are not legal advice.

2. Service

AURATED is an entertainment platform around real public creator profiles. Communities shape two independent scores, AURA and CHAOS. Rankings are community-generated entertainment results, not objective assessments of a person's quality, trustworthiness, professional ability or social importance. Authenticated users may hold Credits in a wallet. Guests may, when payments are available, buy a package that is assigned immediately to a selected creator and does not create wallet balance.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be able to form a binding contract and, where you pay, use a valid payment method. Do not use AURATED for unlawful harassment, fraud, impersonation, ranking manipulation, technical abuse, or circumvention of platform limits. AURATED may restrict or terminate access where legally permissible.

AURATED may disregard, correct or remove interactions from rankings or other platform metrics where AURATED reasonably determines that they result from automated activity, manipulation, abuse, fraudulent activity, coordinated circumvention of platform mechanisms, or invalid or reversed transactions. This is intended to protect the integrity of community-generated results. It does not authorize AURATED to change legitimate paid AURA or CHAOS interactions without such a reason.

4. Credits

Credits are virtual platform units. They are not legal tender, bank deposits, cryptocurrency, or investment products, and they do not represent ownership. They are generally not transferable and generally not redeemable for cash. Purchased Credits currently do not expire. Free Daily Credits expire 7 days after issuance. Spend uses first-expiry-first-out (FEFO) among spendable lots.

5. Temporary restriction

During a temporary restriction you cannot spend Credits, cannot make new purchases, and cannot claim new Daily Credits. Purchased Credits remain and do not expire because of the restriction. Free Daily Credits keep their normal expiry; the restriction does not pause that expiry.

6. Permanent account closure and purchased Credits

Purchased Credits are not redeemable for cash. If you voluntarily request permanent deletion, unused Credits may be lost upon final deletion. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Self-service permanent deletion is not currently offered in the account settings; requests can be sent to the operator.

If AURATED permanently terminates an account because of a material or repeated violation of these Terms, remaining Credits may be forfeited where legally permissible. That particularly includes fraud, abusive chargebacks, payment manipulation, ranking manipulation, technical abuse, circumvention of platform limits, or other serious misuse. Credits connected to refunded, reversed, fraudulent or charged-back transactions may be cancelled.

If AURATED permanently closes an account or discontinues the relevant paid Credit service without fault by the user, AURATED will provide an appropriate solution for remaining unused purchased Credits in accordance with applicable law. This may include a reasonable opportunity to use them or another legally appropriate remedy.

Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Payments and withdrawal

When payments are enabled, checkout is processed by Stripe. Failed or incomplete payments do not change scores. Where applicable, EU/EEA consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights. For immediate provision of purchased digital Credits, checkout uses a separate explicit acknowledgement concerning immediate performance and the loss or expiry of the applicable withdrawal right once supply begins. Purchases are not described as always non-refundable. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Creator profiles

AURATED may contain profiles of real public creators based on publicly available information. Current acquisition is manual and community-curated. AURATED does not claim automated scraping. Presence does not mean the person registered, endorsed AURATED, partnered with AURATED, or approved the profile. AURATED may correct, merge, disable, or remove profiles. 9. Creator Economy

AURATED may attribute eligible creators up to 30% of relevant eligible net revenue under the Creator Economy. That is a maximum, not a guaranteed share, and it is not a share of total AURATED company revenue. Eligibility and the applicable percentage may depend on the applicable Creator Economy rules, tier, or campaign. Phase 1 ledger attribution is informational. It is not currently an immediately payable cash balance and creates no payout claim until a future payout program is actually introduced. Future payouts may require a separate Creator Agreement, verification or KYC, payout thresholds, and Stripe Connect. AURATED may modify a future program prospectively subject to applicable law. Amounts are recorded as attributed amounts on the Creator Economy Ledger.

10. Availability

AURATED is not yet a fully launched paid public service. Features may change. The service is provided as available. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

12. Community Spaces and Crew

Authenticated users may join a Creator's Crew. Community games, Community Points, and Community Battle rankings are entertainment features. They do not spend Credits and do not change AURA or CHAOS. While you are in that Crew, up to five qualifying Battle Plays count per UTC day; further games are fun-only and do not consume Battle Plays. Rankings aggregate qualifying Battle events only. Public Crew aliases may appear instead of a legal name.
