Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AURATED processes personal data. We do not sell personal data. Ordinary user accounts are not public profiles.

1. Controller

2. Data we may process

• Account: email, display name where provided, authentication method, and provider identifier as applicable.
• Email address when you sign in with email.
• OAuth: data returned by Google, Twitch, Facebook/Meta, or Discord according to the requested scope and the provider configuration. AURATED does not request data beyond those providers and scopes.
• Product data: AURA and CHAOS interactions, Credits, transactions, creator interactions, and game or session data where applicable.
• Community: Crew membership, optional community display name, public Crew aliases, Community game and session data, Community Points, Battle Plays, and structured poll votes.
• Payments: Stripe processes payment instrument information. AURATED receives transaction and payment metadata necessary to process purchases (for example Stripe session and payment identifiers). Card details stay with Stripe.
• Creator profiles: public creator name, public social-profile identifiers and links, and ranking or game information generated within AURATED.
• Reports, claim evidence you submit, and removal requests.
• Technical data: IP, log, request, and security information generated by infrastructure.
• First-party product and security events stored in AURATED systems (product_events). This is not a third-party marketing analytics or advertising platform.

3. Processors and transfers

AURATED uses Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for database, backend, and authentication infrastructure, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers may process data in Switzerland, the EEA, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Where required, appropriate data processing agreements and transfer mechanisms are in place.

4. Creator data without an AURATED account

AURATED may process public information about creators who do not have an AURATED account, including public names, public social-profile URLs or handles, and ranking or game results generated on AURATED. This does not mean the creator registered or consented in advance.

5. Cookies and tracking

AURATED does not intentionally integrate a marketing or audience-analytics platform. Technically necessary session, authentication, and security mechanisms may still be used. There is no cookie banner for non-essential marketing cookies because those tools are not enabled.
